Measure your head circumference

Finding the perfect size for your hat starts with measuring your head circumference accurately. It's quick and easy ! You will need a measuring tape. If you don't have one on hand, don't worry: a cable, a lace or a rope will do the trick, and you can then transfer this measurement to a meter.

Tape Position : Place the tape measure (or your substitute) around your head, making sure it goes over your ears, over the bump at the back of your skull, and down the middle of your forehead. This method ensures you measure the widest part of your head, for a comfortable fit of your hat.

Measure accurately : Hold the tape firmly around your head without excessively tightening it. You're looking for a comfortable fit, not too loose but definitely not too tight. The ideal is to leave just enough room for the hat to sit comfortably on your head.

Note the measurement : Once the tape is positioned correctly and adjusted to the correct tension, note the measurement. If you're using a cable or shoelace, mark where the end meets the rest of the shoelace, then plot that length back to a meter for your measurement.

Our advice : If your measurement falls between two sizes, we advise you to choose the larger size. This not only ensures a better fit but also increased comfort, allowing you to wear your hat with ease throughout the day. A slightly larger hat can still be fitted with a little filler inside the comfort band, while a hat that is too tight could prove uncomfortable to wear.
